Refund and Returns Policy

OVERVIEW: 

  • All our products are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. 
  • The Customer is ought to share the OTP with the delivery partner. Once the OTP has been provided, it shall be deemed that the Customer has accepted the delivery of his/her order or package. He/she cannot cancel the order or claim for refund, on the acceptance or refusal of the package at the time of delivery.
  • In an event, where part of the order is unavailable, PRETTYMUCHSTORE will contact the Customer through email provided at the time of placing the order and inform the customer of such unavailability. The remaining order shall be processed and the difference amount shall be credited to the Customer’s account within 5-6 working days.
  • Requests on modification of Orders will NOT be accepted after placing it.
  • We take utmost care in packaging to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition.
    Note: We will not take responsibility for any damage to the product such as harm/loss during transit, tag removal or opening of courier packaging. 


CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • As a general rule, a Customer is entitled NOT to cancel the order once placed. 
  • The Customer may choose to cancel the order only within AN HOUR of the order being placed. Note: Convenience Fee & Shipping Charges will not be refunded and only the order value will be credited to the Customer’s account within 5-6 working days. 
  • However, subject to the Customer’s previous cancellation history, PRETTYMUCHSTORE reserves the right to deny any refund to the Customer. Pursuant to a cancellation initiated by the Customer, even if the same is within an hour can be followed by a suspension of account, as may be necessary in the sole discretion of PRETTYMUCHSTORE
  •  If the Customer cancels his/her order after AN HOUR of placing it, the order process shall be terminated immediately and NO amount shall be refunded.
  • PRETTYMUCHSTORE’S decision shall be final and binding.


NON-CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICY:

PRETTYMUCHSTORE reserves the right to cancel the order for reasons not attributable to PRETTYMUCHSTORE, including but not limited to:

  1. NO REFUND – 
    • Failure to deliver the Customer’s order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from the Customer at the time of delivery;
    • Failure to contact the Customer by phone at the time of delivering the order.

  2. PARTIAL REFUND – 
    • In the event, if the address provided by the Customer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;
    • Unavailability of the product ordered by the Customer at the time of placing the order. However, in the unlikely event of the product in an order being unavailable, PRETTYMUCHSTORE will contact the Customer through email provided at the time of placing the order and inform the customer of such unavailability.
