Shipping Policy

A Convenience Fee approx. of Rs. 99/- will be applicable to the orders.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un – delivered to your preferred location, we will not refund the amount including the convenience fee, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, order Convenience Fee will not be refunded. However, if you self – ship your returns, we will not reimburse self – shipment charges based on PrettyMuchStore’s Returns Policy. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, Convenience fee will be non – refundable irrespective of order value.
Cancellation of order is only applicable for AN HOUR of the order being placed, Post that NO return or refund will be accepted. For More Details kindly refer to the Return Policy Page.
Orders are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 7-8 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors such as Current ongoing pandemic, Public holidays, Weather conditions, Strikes, Etc.
Shipping Charges is calculated as per your location and weight of the items in your package.
You will be able to track your order once it has been dispatched by us. You will be notified via SMS and Email with your tracking details.
Only online transactions are accepted here. COD option is not available.
*BULK ORDERS, should be placed 15-20 days in Advance from the delivery date. No Urgent basis Bulk Order will be accepted.
